Shipping Policy

All packages require a contact name, complete street address (including apartment, suite or unit number if applicable), and telephone number. This is necessary to facilitate fast and easy Customs clearance.

 

Shipping Methods

 

USPS Priority Intl.

• Transit Time: 2-3 weeks not including Customs clearance.

• Usually clears Customs cheaper than UPS.

• Fully insured against damage, loss, or theft.

• Online tracking service. USPS shipping notification emailed after your order ships.

 

USPS First-Class Intl.

• Transit Time: 2-6 weeks not including Customs clearance.

• Usually clears Customs cheaper than UPS.

• Much less expensive for smaller orders (up to 4 pounds).

• Fully insured against damage, loss, or theft.

• Tracking service not available.

 

Duties & Taxes

 

You may be responsible for paying inbound Customs Duties and/or Taxes on your order. These charges are tariffs or taxes imposed by your country/government on the value of imported goods on your order.

• Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping costs or in the price of the goods purchased from Viper Guitars.

• What is payable depends on the laws and tariff rates of each specific country. Inquire with your country's Customs Office.

• Once the duties and taxes are fully paid to Customs the goods will be delivered to you.

• We will NOT falsify export documents to declare a less than actual value of the goods we export.

 

P.O. Boxes

Viper Guitars does not ship to P.O. Box addresses internationally.
